Refund policy

By August sells digital products only. All purchases are delivered as instant downloads — no physical product is shipped.

Because digital files are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed.

If you have a problem with your purchase — a corrupted file, a download that didn't arrive, or a technical issue — contact us at hello@byaugust.co.nz and we'll sort it out.

We want every purchase to be the right one. If you're unsure whether a product suits your needs, get in touch before you buy.
